Tapestry MIRADAS

This tapestry is an original hand-painted piece on thick cotton fabric, where the texture of the weave integrates with the paint to create a living surface full of character. The composition features two facing figures that frame a central vase with organic forms, in an intense and balanced palette combining warm tones with vibrant accents.

The lateral edges have been treated with a metallic finish that adds depth and contrast, and one of the figures also incorporates this treatment, creating a subtle interplay between matte and reflective surfaces. At the base, a fringe trim of approximately 4 cm completes the piece with a looser, more tactile textile gesture.

Measuring approximately 100 cm wide by 80 cm tall, this is a unique, unreproduced work where every detail reflects the handcraft and artistic intention behind the piece. It is an object that functions both as wall art and as a defining element within a space.
