Hand-Painted Cotton Slub Cushion Cover

Each cushion cover is made from natural cotton slub fabric, known for its soft texture and subtly rustic feel. Every design is entirely hand-painted, making each piece one of a kind, with slight variations that reflect its handcrafted nature.

The painted surface has a distinctive texture and body, giving the fabric a slight stiffness in the painted areas. This is an intentional feature of the artwork, adding depth and character to each piece. These cushion covers are designed primarily for decorative use.

The back is made from cement-colored cotton slub fabric and features an envelope-style closure (no zipper), allowing the insert to be easily removed or replaced.

You can achieve different looks depending on the insert you choose:

A 70 × 50 cm (27.5 × 19.5 in) insert will create a softer, more relaxed appearance.

A larger insert will produce a fuller, firmer look, as shown in the product photos.

Because each cover is individually hand-painted, slight variations are part of its uniqueness. We recommend using it as a decorative piece and handling it with the care appropriate for a handcrafted textile artwork.
